In a small, friendly group, your facilitator will gently guide you through a step-by-step creative process designed to help you unwind, de-stress, and reconnect with yourself.
You’ll get to paint, sculpt, draw, and explore calming mindfulness exercises—no experience needed. Many participants say they leave feeling lighter, more refreshed, and with a new perspective.
