Our mindfulness art therapy workshops offer you a place where you can be inspired and create new possibilities as an experiential process of self-discovery The focus is on improving understanding of your inner self and emotions, and developing new art skills and processes to cultivate your creativity. We provide an opportunity for you to step out of your comfort zone into a safe place where all are welcome.
